Problem of obtaining documents.
I, Paul Ponniah, have lands bearing survey #67 with 5.13: and survey #69 wih extent 17 acres, and PK is 1 acre, documented from the Special DC of abolition of Inams, Bangalore Circle in the year 31/8/72 the case # 6016 of 1962-1963 . I am in physical position but was not able to cultivate the same for some years, due to my finanial problems that I borrow from friends and relatives. Not being able to repay due to the failure of rain and my inability to culitvate the said land, which I used more for sheep grasing, but the loss was more than I could bear hence I and my family fled to Bangalore to earn and educate my children 5 girls and 1 boy. Now they are semi-employed in private companies.
Of late I went back to agriculture only to find that my documents have been changed to different #'s. However my brother has planted on the survey #67 the 5.13 acres with eucalypatus plants and the rest was sparing used . Now the change in the documents of the survey #69 of 17 acres has be changed to survey # 8 with 7 acres while the remaining is assumed as Govt. Land. I approached the taluk office and also the secretary for clarification of the details he was not able to gie me the correct details.
On 2-1-2009 and on 28th January 2009, an order was to delair all the lands which has defective title and needs correction, I had applied on the dates mentioned before but receive no reply. Therefore on 3rd, September, 2010, I have applied to correct the documents under RIT to the Tashildar, Bamgarapet, with a postal order of Rs.10/ and then approached the secretary, who was surprised and was not in postiion to guide but asked me to wait. Do you think I did the right thing? Kindly guide me. I understood that the local MLA is much concerned to create problem to the poor farms who have difficulties with the document, faced due to ignorant, family problems, financial constrains sickness, rural hazards while th sitting MLA with no sweat nor and effort to earn others property are targeted..
Your good guidance will be h elpful to gain access to my property.
With regards,
Paul Ponniah
