Once upon a time, there was a constable who was posted on Beat Duty. One day a theft took place in his territory. He was summoned by his reporting officer and directed to investigate the theft and arrest the culprit. He did his best and after investigation he arrested a person, who was close to the person above than his reporting officer's rank. After further investigation and remand of the arrested person, the constable submitted his report , along with necessary evidences, for the trial and punishment of the arrested person. But the other day the constable was surprised to receive a transfer order, along with the allegation of negligence and mismanaging the facts of the case. Y The other constable, who was posted in his place, submitted his report that there is no prima facie evidence against the arrested person .
