Panchayat Pradhan submitted appology

Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I submitted my application dated 28 -08-2010 to the Chief Development Officer for certain informations under the RTI Act,, which was forwarded to the Gram Pradhan for compliance by the Chief Development Officer ( CBDO), Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The Gram Pradhan, Village Panwai, Kot Block, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, replied the same vide his letter dated 28-09-2010 but with the unnecessary remarks and objectionable wordings . Myself, aggrieved with the reply of the said Information officer, filed the appeal dated 07-10-2010 before the Block Development Officer, Kot Block, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The Ld. appellate authority considered my petition and passed an order dated 12-11-2010 stating that the Gram Pradhan has made unnecessary and objectionable wordings while giving the information to the applicant and the said BDO has called for his explanation and asked for his written apology. During the course of the appeal proceeding the said Gram Pradhan submitted his apology before the authority, which is kept in appeal file. The said appellate authority (BDO) has warned the said Gram Pradhan to be careful in futurre while replying the RTI applications.
