Sir,
With due respect I Kumar Mukul, request you to help me to frame question about people wasting drinking water. Sir I am writing the whole story . It was once that the people of my area was not getting drinking water porperly from the underneath pipe line. After installing a new pipeline people of the area are getting water easily. What the people have done that they have taken the connection ( i dont know that these connection were taken legally {means " by presenting the document required for connection"} or illegely.). They have made their connection open to fall water on road . They are closing these opening with a piece of wood or plasttic . By doing so there is leakage andf through these leakage water is falling freely. Not only this with the of these opening they are washing clothes, vechicles and animals and large number of water is just going waste .
So sir please guide me waht question should i ask and with whom.
